Athletic Physicals: July 22 and August 4, 5:30-7pm in the BV Small Gym - cost $25. Athletes must have a physical and completed Athletic Clearance Packet every school year in order to participate in HS athletics.

Bella Vista Cross Country Camp

Campers,

We need the following items ASAP (preferably by Friday 6/26/15):

  1. A field trip authorization form (Click) - you may bring it to practice.
  2. Bella Vista Cross Country Camp Form (Click) – Be sure to include Food allergies or preferences, i.e. vegetarian.  If you want vegetarian meals, you need to email Coach Kuphaldt ASAP.  I need to submit those requests this week. Also include any health issues/concerns (medications, altitude issues, athsma, etc), T-Shirt size and willingness to drive to or from camp?  The first page includes basic camp information and a packing list for you to keep and the second page is a form for you to return to the coaches.
  3. Copy of your insurance card.  Please attach this to the camp registration form and bring to practice or mail to Coach Cleland.
